The state of shock occurs most of the time following a serious accident. At this moment, there is decrease of the blood flux in the vessels (for example at the time of hemorrhage) what stops the heart from pumping blood sufficiently and therefore, to provide the quantity of oxygen and other nutriments adequately to the various organs of which, the brain and the heart himself. It produces what one calls the state of shock among the animals including the cat. The state of shock can also occur following a heat stroke capable to be caused by an exhibition to the heat of a vehicle non aired, a serious infection or a cardiac failing. How to recognize the state of shock :

• The gums of the cat become very pale or brownish.

That to make if you believe that your cat is in state of shock :

• Cover it with a cover (or your dependent coat of the circumstances) to hold it to the hot.
• Take it finely and deposit it in a box or in its cage of transportation.
• Immediately return yourselves at a veterinarian!
• Do never leave in the sun your cat (or all animal of the rest) in the car even though the windows are lowered a little. Don't leave your animal in the car, windows a lowered little by heatwave even though the time is covered.
